Dale's passion for senior care stems from recognizing an industry need for high quality assisted living care homes after supporting his grandparents' transition to a care facility.
This inspired his career in vulnerable adult care, K-12 teaching, and earning his certification as a caregiver.
With a focus on operational improvement, Dale earned his MBA and opened his first assisted living home, The Gardens at San Carlos in 2019.
As a member of the board, his efforts focus on providing educational offerings to members and to lobby for thoughtful regulations - both new and existing.

Sean values a strong work ethic and applies this passion to elevating the experience and operational efficiencies of members and residents within the network.
His background as a financial advisor led him to become an expert in providing solutions for retirement and wealth management.
His goal as the President of the board serves to provide seniors peace of mind and quality care in assisted living.
Ryan is the Director of Operations at Heritage Oaks Assisted Living - a new assisted living home, local to Tucson, Arizona.
His hands-on approach stems from his entrepreneurial studies in finance, where he earned his degree from the Eller College of Management.
Ryan entered the assisted living industry, eager to enhance the operational performance of assisted living facilities From there, he launched into starting up Heritage Oaks Assisted Living with his family and team.
Doris' care for her mother, Kiko, led her realize her purpose of establishing assisted living homes with special attention to comfort and wholesome senior care.
Her MBA and MS in Environmental Science, BS in Electrical Engineering, and certification in Assisted Living as a Facility Manager allowed her to incorporate mindful and strategic business practices.
Doris finds joy in caring for seniors the way she's taken care of her mom, Kiko. She's since opened two care homes, Kiko's Assisted Living and serves as the owner and manager.
Dr. Linda Hollis is the Chief Executive Officer of St. Luke’s Home; a non-profit Assisted Living providing quality of life for low income Elders.
Linda holds a PhD in Psychology, a Master of Science in Gerontology, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Psychology.
Linda has been working in the field of Older Adults since 1992. Along her vast education and experience in the non-profit section, she brings a tender heart to St. Luke’s Home and passion in working with low income Elders.
In July 2020 Dr. Hollis was recognized by Congresswoman Kirkpatrick as an “Arizona Hero” for her work at St. Luke’s Home.
