Giving You A Voice
ALN has had the privilege to host Mayor Rothschild, Chris Ackerley and Ethan Orr at our recent events.
Currently we are working on a plan of action to overturn the following:
Prior to October, 2013 Assisted Living Homes were classified as Residential Facilities which allowed for an environment which could provide care for seniors in a comfortable, home-like environment. In October, 2013 homes were re-classified as Healthcare Facilities, which not only does not allow for the home-like environment but also puts undo requirements on the home related to building codes, OSHA and HIPAA which could eventually lead to assisted living homes no longer being able to stay in business.
